I am always interested in educating myself to learn more, to be able to offer more for my clients, and to offer more to my followers online; my Summer-Fitters. When I met the MELT Method, I wanted this just as much for me. I needed it for me. And I knew others needed it too.
Even though some would like to think there is a "one size fits all" approach to exercise, everyone is different. In fact, we are individually so unique and have such varying needs, wishes and wants, that it would be impossible to find an exercise that makes everyone both healthy and happy.
We all know the importance of having positive outlets. You may enjoy the arts, watching or participating, maybe you enjoy reading or writing - or maybe you prefer to play board or video games.
But what about a beneficial outlet? Sure, the above mentioned are all wonderful, however, there is a true magic to using fitness as an outlet. The benefits of exercise have time and again been proven with scientific studies. So, how is one to use exercise as an outlet?
